Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the UK, US & non-eu countries.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to the EU at this time — but this is something we are looking into and hope to change in the future.
What is your processing time?
Our current processing time is 1-2 weeks as a small, handmade business.
Preorders will have separate shipping dates on the listings & will ship as soon as they are ready.
How long does shipping take?
♡ UK standard — 2nd class, 3-5 working days (no tracking)
♡ UK tracked 48 — 1-2 working days (tracking number provided)
♡ International standard — 2-4 weeks (no tracking)
♡ International tracked — 2-4 weeks (tracking number provided)
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout & you can choose shipping upgrades if you would like.
We keep our shipping costs as low as possible.
How can I track my order?
Bookmark orders are usually sent with standard shipping (which means no tracking) unless you have upgraded to tracked shipping at checkout.
All E-Reader grips, E-Reader sleeves, enamel pins, enamel keyrings and notepads are sent with tracked shipping automatically.
When your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number in your dispatch confirmation email.
